We'll meet (in person or via video call) to discuss your ideas, answer questions, and see if we're a good fit for each other. This is completely free and no-obligation.

Once you decide to go ahead, I'll send you a booking form and contract. A booking fee secures your date, with the balance due two months before your ceremony.

I'll send questionnaires for you both to complete, helping me understand your story, relationship, and vision for your ceremony.

Based on your responses, I'll craft a first draft of your ceremony script for your review.

If desired, we can hold a rehearsal at your venue to ensure everyone feels comfortable with the flow of the day.

On booking
You'll receive your Booking Form and Contract of Services electronically to complete online and return, plus the invoice for your booking fee

8 months to go
Although most couples opt to start the ceremony writing process around 5 months before your wedding, at the 8-month mark, you'll receive contact from me to check in and see if you'd like to start a little earlier. I'm also happy to liaise with your wedding suppliers to ensure all runs smoothly!

Time for another little check-in to see how wedding planning is going and if you need my help with anything

5 months to go
If we haven't already got started, this is the point where you'll be sent your couples questionnaires! This is getting exciting!

4 months to go
At the 4-month mark, I'll be in touch to arrange a meeting to go over your questionnaires and start writing your script with you.

3 months to go
You have mail! At this point you can expect to receive the first draft of your ceremony to go over and send back any corrections or amendments that you would like - This is my favorite bit! I literally can't wait for you to open your ceremony!

8 weeks to go
Yes, we are now in weeks! You can now expect to receive the second draft of your ceremony and again, it's totally fine to make more amendments

4 weeks to go
You will now receive your completed wedding ceremony!

Not long now! You can expect a final phone call from me to run through the plan for your wedding day!

On the day
It's finally here! Let's get married! It will fly by, so after the ceremony (and a few 'just married' selfies of course!), you will be given your ceremony certificate and a beautiful copy of your ceremony too.

Once the dust has settled a little, I'll be back in touch to hear all about the rest of your incredible day and those first few weeks of married life together. I also love to stay in touch for any future celebration needs!
